Established  in 1991 by John Pendergast, the firm provides a full range of legal services to the mortgage servicing industry.  P&A also maintains an active commercial and real estate litigation practice, which focuses on providing a full range of legal support to lenders and corporate property owners including foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, property management, and REO closings.

A trademark of P&A is individualized customer service.  A contact person is assigned for each client by department to coordinate daily workflow and communicate regularly.  Overall performance is reviewed by the management team; and business planning and strategizing is done with the client as desired.  We work in partnership with our clients to provide the opportunity to customize services based on their requirements.
