Georgia is a non-judicial "fast track" state and all sales are conducted in accordance with O.C.G.A. Section 44-14-160 et. seq.

Sales are held between the hours of 10am and 4pm on the first Tuesday of the month on the courthouse steps of the county in which the property is located. In the event the first Tuesday is a national holiday, the sale will be held the following day on the first Wednesday. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full bid amount in cash or certified funds at the time of sale. We recommend you seek legal advice from a real estate attorney if you would like to bid at a sale.

Listings will appear beginning 21 days prior to the sale date and are updated hourly between 8AM and 7PM every day.. The sale date is subject to change or cancellation at any time. If a sale is cancelled or postponed, it will be removed from the list and will reappear if/when it is rescheduled. If a property is listed without an opening bid amount, the opening bid is currently unavailable.
